Sure looks like a place to have Rave-Parties at. And to look like a boss. But for living, it might be a little too cold. I´d look for one area with low cealings and small, preferably wooden, rooms to actually live in. The rest would be party and sports area. Oh and one room for my drumkit and band.

Wow! I worked on a cement factory for 27 years – the place looks so familiar yet so incredible. It must have cost a fortune to renovate.
