According to police report, Oneal was practicing this kind of medicine without a licence for about a year. She literally filled her patients with superglue, cement, and tile glue… Di-sa-ster! This so called doctor dealing with cosmetic surgery, was arrested in southern Florida and charged with the death of a woman who had buttocks increased with unknown supstance. Now dead, Shatarka Nubai, a 31 year old mother, had the operation lead by this “doctor” known as the Duchess, who shot the wounds using superglue! Nubai previously said that the places where the wounds were and the injection marks, were becoming very hot, hard and that her skin blackened. All that resulted in her death in March this year. So if you are not satisfied with your breasts or buttocks, please reconsider your decision to put something inside, because you can never know who are you dealing with.
